The version of Indy 10 that shipped with BDS 2006 was not ready for use in
C++, thus Borland disabled it. You will have to use Indy 9 instead, or
upgrade to a newer Indy 10 hat has better C++ support in it.
Apparently Indy 10 isn't disabled on my computer, because its components are
on the Tool Palette on the C++ personality.
How can I disabled Indy 10 and activate Indy 9, so its components (Indy 9)
appear on the Tool Palette.
