Separators in ActionMainMenuBars and ActionToolBars?

Hi,
Is there a way of adding a menu separator in an ActionMainMenuBar?
This used to be so easy in TMainMenu etc...
And is there a way of adding a separator in an ActionToolBar?
There is an option to add a button or a separator in the TToolbar, but
not in the ActionToolBar.
Am I missing something?
