I have deleted all files in \My Documents\Borland Studio Projects\
I start a new C++ VCL Win32 Forms application.
I do nothing with the blank form.
I hit F9.
The compiler starts working on it... then...
.... the BDS Windows Installer fires up, stating "The feature you are trying
to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available. Insert
BDS 2006 CD-ROM..." ????
If I cancel this, it moves on and runs the empty form-application...
For sure I have asked for C++ Personality to be completely installed!!
