High CPU utilizaton by Owl app

Hi all.
I have an owl app that when compiled it uses a High CPU.
I asked this question before and someone hit the nail on the head with their
solution....
But now I check back I see they are no forum archives to search.
Can someone tell me again what is the cause of it.
Using Borland 5.0B on Windows 2000 SP4
