Help installing toolbar2000 2.1.2

Dear group subcribers,
Compiling Toolbar2000 2.1.2 in C++Builder 6 gives this error:
[Linker Fatal Error] Fatal: Unable to open file 'TB2K_CB6.BPI'
How could i get around it? It looks like a lot of people have been using
Toolbar2000 and likes it. Why it doesn't work for me?

Update paths to library files in Project\Options, tab Directories in IDE. It
seems that C++ Builder can not bind this file.
