OCX debugging

Hi,
This is probably an old problem but why can't I debug my OCX using Borland
Builder 5.0 Prof? I've read somewhere that Windows XP is probably the
problem but unfortunately I didn't find any answers yet...
Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
