When I've installed Borland Cpp 6 my windows xp pro(sp2) give me a message error c0000021a (fatal system error) when I shutdown the computer.
Does anybody know the problem?

Does it keep happening or only one time?
Suggest google this error - likely a file corrupted.
Have you tried to boot into Safe mode? or console repair menu?
