Have I installed something wrong, or does C++ Builder 3, Professional
Edition, simply not come with any help files on the C++ library classes
(like ifstream and ofstream, for example)?  I've looked through the help
files, and tried searching (even the MS Help find), but the only way I can
get help on those classes is if I go back to my BC++ 4.5 help files.
