TADODataset - excel worksheet creation

Hi,
I use TADOdataset to access the information stored in my excel file. Is it
possible to create a new worksheet and assign names to its columns (i.e.
store info in the first row of column)? Also how do I insert/update values
in some rows of a worksheet in an excel file.
