After Attempting many Different Types Of Installations of C++ Builder 3 pro.
it never seems to know where anything is. like wher VCL.H is
and where *.bpl packakges are kept  i have checked the Directories and
conditionals option and it says what it should which is the
{BCB}\<directories> i do not understand why this is happening
i have tried many different install options including full ..
i am running windows NT 4 and i have admin rights when i installed and ran
the program so i'm not sure what is missing if someone could help me with
this i would apppreciate it
