How using different components may influence performance?

Hi all,
I noticed strange thing two days ago. When I am compiling my project with
minimum required number of packages (I am building with runtime packages)
the speed is decreased by 40%. When I add some additional packages like IDE
Filter for CPP32 it is faster. My wuestion is which components should I
choose to make my project as effective as it is possible? I am standard VCL
components, Win32 components and TChart.
