Hi all,
I would hope that when the full version (not PREVIEW) of CBX is released
there will be an option on the type of development or framework you
want/wish to use. So I would expect to either be able to do cross-platform
development with their new C++ framework, OR specifically Win32 development
with the current release of the VCL. (It would be great to continue using
the existing third-party Delphi components in Win32 apps)!
Here's hoping that we get that option.

These concerns have already been brought to Borland's attention, especially
by me directly. We are all still awaiting news on the final result to see
what comes of it. Yes, Borland wants some kind of VCL compatibility. Yes,
Borland wants to provide a migration path from BCB to CBX for thsoe willing
to migrate. How that compatibility will be provided, and how that migration
path will work, is anyone's guess at the moment.
