Install problem "Internal Error 2711. SQLBuilder"

Hi
I get this message each time I try to install my copy of BCB6 pro on
XP SP1. Right at the beginning of the installation (no files copied)
What can be the problem?
I have tried to delete all files and cleaned up in the registry with
no luck.
