C++ Builder 2007 on Vista Home Premium

I was about to purchase C++ Builder 2007 and put it on a new computer
I just bought that has Vista Home Premium. At the CodeGear site I
notice it says that the system requirements are Vista Business or
Ultimate. Is that true? Will it not work on Vista Home Premium?
