AV in coreide60.bpl prevents cpp from starting

Hi,
I can no longer open the cBuilder6 application at all.
Access Violation in coreide60.bpl is the error message.
I also installed the Indy component package from the web recently.
I dont know if the two things are related - but I am suspicious.
If anyone could suggest how I might get the app going again I would be
grateful.
