VC++/VB Gags on BCB3 Generated ActiveX control

When I try to insert the ActiveX control I generated from my BCB3 VCL
control into a VB or VC++ app, I get the following message:

"The file you have selected is not a recognizable component"

Also, if I use the ActiveX Control Test Container (32 bit) and try to Insert
OLE Control, and pick my control, I get the following error.

"Unable to insert the specified control."

(Kudos to Microsoft for exposing yet another couple of incredibly helpful
error messages from their enormous inventory.)

This control shows up in BCB3 - and I was able to create an app that used
it.  The only thing that bothers me is that this control is also the one
that has methods with multiple definitions in it (of which only the first
definition for each method shows up in the ActiveX control).

Has anyone seen this before?

Thanks, Greg
