i want to localize my Application by using the Ressource DLL
Wizard. After stepping through and finishing the Ressource DLL
Project ist created but the C++Builder crashes with an access
violation.
This behaviour also appears, if i create a new Project, empty
form...
Is this a bug in the IDE or have i forgotten something ??
