I would like to change the font size of list view items (report mode)
without changing the size of the column headers

Can anyone supply some example code

I have *not done this myself*, but since you only need to render text,
and this article covers putting graphics into the LV header, it should
be even simpler than the code presented, using TextOut instead of a
graphics function.
