Compile Quake 2 Source Code with BCB...

Hi All,
   As some of you may or may not be aware, John Carmack of id Software
announced @

release of the Quake 2 source code, under the GPL.

I am no expert with BCB ( I am mainly a Delphi/Kylix game programmer )
and I was hoping to be able to create some BCB compatible project files
from the VC++ project files using VCTOBPR but have found it is not that
easy.

Does anyone else have any experience in porting Visual C++
projects/games over to Borland C++ Builder.
