help! i need to create a non-modal dialog with JInternalframe. is there any
way? thank you very much!

I want to create a non-modal dialog over a JInternalframe, which is always
in the foreground when pops up. the whole application is using JDesktopPane.

JInternalFrames are not modal. What are you trying to accomplish?
What sort of problems are you having?

- create a class which extends JDialog and write ur functionality.
- create and call an object of that class
NMClass objnmClass = new NMClass(this);
objnmClass .setModal(false);
that's it!
