SQLJ from Jbuilder

When running SQLJ from Jbuilder9, is there a way to prevent Jbuilder from putting every directory (like com/mystuff/one/*.java com/mystuff/two/three/*.java, etc) on the SQLJ command line. This is causing a couple of problems:
- It includes test directories even if you don't have anything in them, so SQLJ fails because it can't find any files to processes from this directory.
- For a large project, it takes a very long time for SQLJ to run. I suspect that this is because SQLJ is searching through all the files in each one of these directories to see if they contain SQLJ.
Thanks,
M
