java.math.BigInteger Overflow Question

Hi all,
I was reading up about the java.math.BigInteger class and its uses, and
saw in the API that overflow is not covered in the spec.
Is this because, the number would be so big, and it would be so rare,
they just didn't worry about it? Or because, due to the way that the
class is written, it will NEVER overflow?
I have looked through some (not all) of the source code, and believe
the answer is the former. Since the number is stored as an array of
integers, what would happen when the array is full?
