AJC Software has just released AJC Directory Synchronizer v1.11.
This can compare and synchronize directories/folders and diff files.
The directory structures and files are shown in a unique way, Windows
explorer style and overlaid on top of each other with color coding.
Synchronizing is easy, powerful and lets you see and control exactly what
files are transferred. It also copes with inconsistent time stamps on
different machines.
It has powerful command line options to let you run from batch control.
