I've just upgraded to JBuilder X from JBuilder 7, and have noticed
that some operations are slow (running on Windows 2000). I popped up
the Windows Task Manager and found that the CPU usage is consistently
45-50% when running idle. Minimizing the IDE quiets it down to 0-5%.
What is it doing that keeps it busy? I didn't see this happening in
JBuilder 7. Does anyone know why JBuilder X is so active just idling?
