Newbie Question: JBuilder 9 Help and Tutorial

I just downloaded the 'free' JBuilder 9 from Borland's website. I've
only just begun playing with it, when I noticed there is no tutorial.
Then I noticed there was no help documentation when I bring up the
'Help Viewer'. I was wondering if I did something wrong or is the
'free' version crippled and does not come with any help or tutorial?
I'm a little afraid of what else it does not come with.
