JBuilder CVS problem on linux

Hello all,
I have been trying to setup a local repository through the JBuilder X
CVS. Every time I try I get the same error: "You do not have sufficient
rights to create the repository directory". I have done the whereis cvs
and run cvs from the command line, all works fine. I renamed the CVS in
the JBuilderX/bin directory and tried again through JBuilder and it
worked, only when I checkout a project from a repository that was
created through JBuilderX CVS on a Windows machine, I get:
"cvs checkout : syntax error in /<path to cvsroot created by windows
JBuilder>/config: line is missing '='".
The dialog shows all of the class, but no JSP files.
I tried executing the cvs in the JBuilderX/bin directory from the
command line and the following error:
"./cvs: error while loading shared library libgssapi_krb5.so.2: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or direcotory". I checked and
indeed there is no library for that.
I get this error on Mmandrake 9.2 and Sun Java Desktop. Is there an way
to get this missing library? Is there a way to change the CVS in
JBuilder or use the one that comes with linux distro, but not get the
syntax error above?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance...

Re:JBuilder CVS problem on linux

Hi,
See my previous post on cvs in JBuilder and Mandrake 9.2. In short: A
shared library was removed from Mandrake 9.2. I've linked
/opt/JBuilderX/bin/cvs to /usr/bin/cvs and have gotten away with it so far.
:)
Not sure about the config file... I'm running Linux almost
exclusivly. Don't expect pushing and pulling project configurations to
work though. It almost always thrashes the XML file.
