How to register Kylix 3 from Ms Windows

For certain reasons i am not able to connect to internet from linux & am able to connect from Windows ony
I have Kylix 3 enterpreise which came with delphi 7 architect.
How do i register the product(My delphi 7 is already registered)
from windows
